Accordingly, the more important content was determined for the ministries implemented. This is the long-term and fundamental task and content, both handle operating problems, to stabilize the market in the last months and the upcoming Lunar New Year. Of which, notably, the importances are given for the contents and tasks such as: 

- Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinate with localities to strengthen price stabilization and control the growth of consumer prices. The Provinces’ and Cities’ People Committees under direct central, focuss on guiding functional organizations to implement the results of the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister Directive No 1875/CT-TTg dated 11th October, 2010, at the same time, establish the inspection delegations for checking the compliance with price regulations on registration and declaration, price list and sale price listed, ensure that all organizations and individuals must comply fully and strictly with the regulations on price management, all kinds of commodities, first of all important commodities, essential for production and life are to be sold under the listing price, determined to control strictly in accordance with the law and was made public through means of mass communications on violations of regulations on price management. 

- Ministry of Industry and Trade will coordinate with related ministries and organizations, concern on continuing to review and propose solutions to solve difficulties for businesses in the manufacturing business, continue to develop strongly domestic market and active in ensuring the balance between supply - demand for commodities, especially essential consumer commodities, not letting the lack of fever led to price in the last months and upcoming New Year. 

- Vietnam State Bank continues to run monetary policy, flexibility in market signals, consistent aim of strengthening macroeconomic stability, inflation and growth targets; control a stable exchange rate and foreign exchange markets, ensuring sufficient supply of foreign currency for the business needs of the enterprises
