The localization ratio of the average Television assembly about 40 percent, Household appliances products (washing machines, refrigerators, air - conditioning) showed about 35percent, Audio-visual group about 30 percent, there are individual household products used to reach 60 - 70 percent of localization in Vietnam, such as refrigerators and air-conditioning The concern is not given for the support industry, neither losing opportunities to attract FDI, nor the limitations of development of scientific technology, not only Electronics industry , but also for all production sectors in the country. This situation is also a risk for the assembly business, producing the finished products can be withdrawn from Vietnam market because there is no supply of spare-parts and accessories in spot. This requires more quickly support industry with its formation and development. To do so, the Government must make good business environment, appropriate developed policies, the businesses must constantly improve production, engineering, offering products that are accepted by the market. The Issues should be top priority is to encourage all economic sectors to invest in electronics industry to attract financial resources, building operation mechanisms of financial institutions to medium and small enterprises, can easily gain access to long-term loans for investment and development, promoting linkages between domestic enterprises with FDI enterprises producing and supporting multi-national corporations. In order to attract high technology assembly products, there are necessarily small and medium enterprises manufacturing details and spare-parts and accessories at a high technology. We have to socialize in training, establishment of training centers, centers of technical assistance and technology transfer for small and medium enterprises and enhance training of technical personnel forces of high level, promoting the adoption of a training model links of three houses (Enterprise - institutes and schools - the state management agency), to train skilled human resources required by the enterprises.
