To date, Toan Thang Bamboo and Rattan Export Cooperative are creating jobs for more than 400 employees, which 70 employees working in Cooperative, mostly children in disadvantaged provinces, average income 1.5 - 2 million VND per person per month. The remaining satellites are working in the neighboring communes such as Dai Lai, Nhan Thang and nearly 100 employees in Bac Giang province with providing fiber materials for the Cooperative. She always tried to create all conditions for their workers with the best working environment. She upgrade and expand factories and restaurants, with more than 500 square metre and 200 square metre of canteen factory, with accommodation for workers on-site when required.
Vice Chairman of People Committee of Giang Sơn Commune Trương Thế Ngạn has said that Bamboo and Rattan Export Cooperative has a lot of contributions to the locality and settle employments for many workers. We hope more and more cooperatives, such enterprises to develop on homeland.
