- Disseminating guidelines and policies of the Party and State for development of economic and scientific technology in the industry sectors. 

- Introducing theoretical issues, investment experience and business-production, management innovation, research results, inventions and initiatives of the units in the sector; 

- Performance information of the industry in the country and abroad. 

On June 2002, with permission of Ministry of Industry, the organizational structure of Industry Review of Vietnam was reorganized, with two boards: the Executive Board and the Editorial Board. Also, thematic activities are promoted and a new working atmosphere has been launched in all staff and journalists in the Review. 

Periodical publications continue to be maintained by increasing the royalty funds, encouraging journalists and collaborators have many good essays, follow closely practices at the grassroots.
In 2004, the publications on marketing industry, trade specialized promotion publication and business management were published, increasing the number of publications published monthly on the third edition; 

In 2004, the industrial television program, proposed by Industry Review of Vietnam, with the economic and scientific technology content has been developed and broadcasted on Vietnam Television with a frequency two times per month. 

The regular publications published by gradually raising the quality of content and its form. Currently, Industry Review of Vietnam is published three regular publications: 

- Publication on economy and management
- Publication on Industrial marketing
- Publication on science and technology. 

Each of the publications are published in bold reflect a certain theme, follow closely to the activities of the executive management and other pressing issues in the operation of the sector. 

- Journal of electronic industry with the domain name: tapchicongnghiep.vn is considered one of the reputed site of Industry and Trade sector. Thousands of visitors access every day. 

- Specialized publications are increasingly rich in content and form of presentation and upgrade significantly. Their contents made contributions to propagating to the units, locality and the management of the State. 

The organizational structure of the Review includes three boards as Editorial Board, Information and thematic Board Executive Board, the Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City. In addition, the Review also appointed correspondents in the North Central, South Central, the Mekong Delta. 

Activities of organizations such as the Party, trade unions, youth union always have depth and attracted a large public participation. In consecutive years, the Party was recognized as a strong and clean one. In two years of 2009 - 2010, the Party received the commendation of the party Committees of the Central Agency for implementing achievements of the “Study and follow the examples of Uncle Ho". 

With the achievements, in many years, Industry Review of Vietnam was awarded emulations by Ministry of Industry, now Ministry of Industry and Trade. The Trade Union and Youth Union are constantly being rewarded for the achievements of the activities.
