Bài nghiên cứu phân tích tác động đa chiều của thế hệ Z (Gen Z) đối với ngành Kế toán Việt Nam trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số và hội nhập quốc tế. Kết quả cho thấy, Gen Z thúc đẩy mạnh mẽ quá trình ứng dụng phần mềm, tự động hóa quy trình kế toán và đề cao tính linh hoạt trong công việc. Bên cạnh đó, thế hệ này nhấn mạnh giá trị đạo đức, minh bạch và trách nhiệm CWIN được cấp phép hợp pháp bởi PAGCOR và Freeport, buộc Cwincom hiện đang mở kế toán củng cố chuẩn mực nghề nghiệp, đồng thời mở rộng dịch vụ sang mảng kiểm toán bền vững (ESG). Từ đó, bài nghiên cứu đề xuất một số khuyến nghị dành cho Cwincom hiện đang mở, cơ sở đào tạo và hiệp hội nghề nghiệp, hướng tới việc khai thác tối ưu tiềm năng của Gen Z, đồng thời nâng cao vị thế của ngành Kế toán Việt Nam trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa.
