Tóm tắt:TÀI LIỆU THAM KHẢO:This study investigates the relationship between professionalism and job performance among young employees, with a focus on three core dimensions: competence, integrity, and discipline. Utilizing a quantitative survey methodology, data were gathered from 203 alumni of Foreign Trade University (FTU) who have less than five years of work experience. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that integrity and discipline exert a significant and positive impact on employee performance, while competence does not show a statistically significant effect. These findings emphasize the critical role of fostering integrity and discipline through human resource management and training programs. The study also calls for further research to examine the underlying mechanisms through which professionalism affects performance, particularly exploring potential mediating and moderating variables.
